    I love living here! We moved from Romulus where we had a horrible experience with a rude manager and unsanitary living conditions and we couldn't be happier. The apartments are cute and spacious, the manager is super nice and makes sure things get done if you have any problems. Maintenance is great about getting things done quick. We already plan to renew our lease for another year. I highly recommend Sunrise. Not to mention there's a ton of space for kids to play and it's very quiet here. All that's missing is a pool! :)

    Long wait times. There could be one person in line when you walk in and still wait 20 minutes (and I have). I have walk out while in line while the tellers talk and ignore customers. There is one hard working teller there, but she the only one. I have thought of taking my money out of Charter One but it is just this location with the problem. Even though this location is just a block away from my home, I travel a bit farther to avoid this branch.

    My girlfriend was ripped .. She didn't get both returns back when she called they said she has to do everything herself. We went back in they were suppose to fix it and they never sent information for federal returns. So she had to have it faxed in. Now she has to get ahold of the State now by herself. E&K has there money and H&R block got there money. Still ain't resolved. E&K was great years back and I also referred them to at least 15 people in last two years. I will let everyone know they haven't resolved anything.
