- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Long wait times. There could be one person in line when you walk in and still wait 20 minutes (and I have). I have walk out while in line while the tellers talk and ignore customers. There is one hard working teller there, but she the only one. I have thought of taking my money out of Charter One but it is just this location with the problem. Even though this location is just a block away from my home, I travel a bit farther to avoid this branch.By A Google User, January 21, 2018
