  Last week I spoke with someone named Karen about my insurance. Her tone was so nasty! It actually felt as if she was attempting to belittle me over the phone. She begin talking really slow as if I was having a hard time understanding her when in fact I just wanted clarification. Fast forward today I called back to ask about the process of cancellation and guess who I got again? Yep, Karen with the same horrible attitude. She seriously needs to learn how speak to speak with her clients. I worked in customer service for 25 years so far and talking to people like this in my company has always been unacceptable.
